If you have any flu like symptoms you MUST NOT enter the surgery.
We kindly ask you to call the surgery to make an appointment or to make alternative arrangements if you have an appointment.
If you have any symptoms please get tested as per NSW Health recommendations and follow the NSW stay at home requirements.
It is the policy of the practice that all Face to Face appointments are to be attended by the patient only unless a carer is required or you have young children.
It is now compulsory to sign in using the QR code on arrival to the surgery. Please ensure you sign in any dependents who are with you, this including patients with carers.
It is the policy of the practice that masks must be worn for any patient over 12yrs of age entering the surgery and not to arrive any earlier than 5 minutes prior to your appointment time.
Management kindly request unless you have an appointment, collecting documentation or needing a blood test at Barratt and Smith pathology, and to limit patient numbers in the surgery,
we ask for all patients without an appointment to please call the surgery to book your next appointment or have your query answered.

Pathology and Radiology Results
The Practice DOES NOT provide you the results of your pathology or radiology tests over the telephone due to medico-legal
reasons and to ensure patient confidentiality and privacy.
The procedure is that, to obtain the outcome of your results you are required to RETURN TO THE PRACTICE to see the Doctor
who initiated the request, as it is believed that better management of your health will be achieved.
The Practice will contact you by SMS or by telephone if your Doctor wishes to follow up the results of your test. If you do
not consent to SMS recalls please advise our reception staff.
Practice nursing staff will contact all patients who are having INR testing and advise of management plan of their Warfarin
when results have been received and reviewed by the doctor.
The practice accepts no responsibility whatsoever for the X-Rays, Scans and Mammograms of the patients. These films remain
the property and responsibility of you the patient and the Practice kindly requests that they are not left at the Practice.
They are an important part of your medical history. The Practice keeps a copy of your report on your medical records.
If these films are left at the practice for more than a 3 month period they will be disposed of.
