IMPORTANT:

If you have any flu like symptoms you MUST NOT enter the surgery, management kindly ask you to call the surgery to make alternative arrangements for your appointment or to make an appointment. If you have any symptoms please get tested as per NSW Health recommendations and guidelines.

It is the policy of the practice that masks MUST be worn for any patient over 12 yrs of age entering the surgery. If you have an exemption please contact the surgery to discuss alternative medical care options.

Management kindly request for the safety of doctors, staff and patients, that patients do not attend any earlier than 5 minutes prior to their appointment time. It is the policy of the practice that patients are to STRICTLY attend their appointment alone unless a carer is required or you have young children. When visiting the practice please ensure to stay 1.5 m from other patients.

Please be patient when you are attempting to contact the practice as reception staff are dealing with an unprecedented number of enquiries.

Management thank you for your understanding and co-operation as our goal is to keep you all safe at all times.

Appointments

Our appointment system caters for urgent, non-urgent, complex, planned chronic care and preventative healthcare. Urgent appointments will be seen by the next available GP.

Please advise reception if you believe you require an urgent appointment. Urgent appointments will be triaged by the nurse on duty.

For continuity of medical treatment we encourage you to see the same doctor. You may request to see the doctor of your choice. Please advise our reception staff if other members of the family need to consult the doctor at the same time as this allows the relevant files to be available to the doctor to deal with each matter.

If you feel you need a longer consultation time with the doctor please feel free to advise the reception staff.

Patients may make an online booking via our website or will be able to make telephone bookings from 9am onwards Monday to Friday or personally attend the Practice in the first instance.

We make every effort to accommodate your preferred time and GP. However, emergencies do occur, and though every effort is made to keep to appointment times, emergencies will be given priority.

Walk-ins:

This centre operates on an appointment basis. Walk-ins are accepted, however there may be an unavoidable wait as priority is given to patients who have a booked appointment with their GP.

Waiting Times:

Sometimes GPs are delayed by patients with urgent or complex issues. We apologise if you're asked to wait and thank you for your patience.

Unexpected Delays

We hope that you understand that delays sometimes occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. At all times we will endeavour to make your wait as short as possible.
