Mask wearing is recommended in our Medical Centre. If you are experiencing any acute respiratory symptoms please ensure you are wearing a mask.

For the safety of our vulnerable patients, doctors and staff we kindly ask that only 1 (one) support person attend with patients and not to arrive any earlier than 5 minutes prior to your appointment time.

Please be patient when you are attempting to contact the practice as reception staff are dealing with an unprecedented number of enquiries.

Please show respect and understanding when dealing with the reception staff as the Practice cannot tolerate rudeness or aggression towards them as they are only performing their role as required by the Doctors and the Practice guidelines.

Pathology and Radiology Results

The Practice DOES NOT provide you the results of your pathology or radiology tests over the telephone due to medico-legal reasons and to ensure patient confidentiality and privacy.

The procedure is that, to obtain the outcome of your results you are required to RETURN TO THE PRACTICE to see the Doctor who initiated the request, as it is believed that better management of your health will be achieved.

The Practice will contact you by SMS or by telephone if your Doctor wishes to follow up the results of your test. If you do not consent to SMS recalls please advise our reception staff.

Practice nursing staff will contact all patients who are having INR testing and advise of management plan of their Warfarin when results have been received and reviewed by the doctor.

The practice accepts no responsibility whatsoever for the X-Rays, Scans and Mammograms of the patients. These films remain the property and responsibility of you the patient and the Practice kindly requests that they are not left at the Practice. They are an important part of your medical history. The Practice keeps a copy of your report on your medical records.

If these films are left at the practice for more than a 3 month period they will be disposed of.
