Mask wearing is recommended in our Medical Centre. If you are experiencing any acute respiratory symptoms please ensure you are wearing a mask.

For the safety of our vulnerable patients, doctors and staff we kindly ask that only 1 (one) support person attend with patients and not to arrive any earlier than 5 minutes prior to your appointment time.

Please be patient when you are attempting to contact the practice as reception staff are dealing with an unprecedented number of enquiries.

Please show respect and understanding when dealing with the reception staff as the Practice cannot tolerate rudeness or aggression towards them as they are only performing their role as required by the Doctors and the Practice guidelines.

Practice Information

The team at Medeco Medical Centre are committed to providing high quality care to you and your family. Medeco is a family owned practice with a team of longstanding doctors, friendly staff and a loyal patient base. We are fully computerised and offer registered nurse support, dedicated consulting rooms and a fully equipped treatment room, on-site pathology collection and Blooms Pharmacy next door for your convenience. Medeco provides a wide variety of medical services to a diverse multi-cultural region.

The practice has grown significantly since 2005 and now claims an impressive team of dedicated doctors, nurses and receptionists. Nonetheless while we have grown, our patient focus has never changed.

All medical receptionist and registered nursing staff partake in continuing education and self-development courses. The Practice has achieved and maintained a set of Standards which have been set by the Medical Profession. The Royal College of General Practitioners (RACGP) sets these Standards and assessment of the Practice operation occurs every three years. The Practice is accredited with Australian General Practice Accreditation Ltd (AGPAL).
