If you have any flu like symptoms or symptoms of COVID-19 please contact us by phone prior to making a booking or visiting our medical centre.

Mask wearing is recommended in our Medical Centre. If you are experiencing any acute respiratory symptoms please ensure you are wearing a mask.

For the safety of our vulnerable patients, doctors and staff we kindly ask that only 1 (one) support person attend with patients and not to arrive any earlier than 5 minutes prior to your appointment time.

Please be patient when you are attempting to contact the practice as reception staff are dealing with an unprecedented number of enquiries.

Please show respect and understanding when dealing with the reception staff as the Practice cannot tolerate rudeness or aggression towards them as they are only performing their role as required by the Doctors and the Practice guidelines.

We are constantly striving to improve the quality and standard of service to our patients. We value your input and any suggestion you may have that could assist us in enhancing our service.

Google and Social Media Reviews

We are happy to discuss and address any issues or concerns that you may have regarding your care whilst attending our practice. This can be done in the clinic, over the phone or in writing if preferred.

However, we are unable to respond to negative or defamatory reviews on social media platforms due to confidentiality restrictions, regulations and ethical codes.

Our Policy

Therefore, it is Practice Policy that we will not continue to provide services to individuals that leave such reviews as these acts undermine the ideal Doctor-Patient relationship and quality of care. Posting of such reviews will act as a termination of care (life threatening emergencies excluded).

Defamatory comments

Defamatory comments which may impact on the reputation of Medeco Medical Centre, the Doctors or Staff, may result in legal action.
