Please be patient when you are attempting to contact the practice as reception staff are dealing with an unprecedented number of enquiries.
Please show respect and understanding when dealing with the reception staff as the Practice cannot tolerate rudeness or aggression towards them as they are only performing their role as required by your Doctor and Practice guidelines.

Your Doctor may be available to provide a home visit if deemed a regular patient of theirs and where such visits are believed to be safe and reasonable. The doctors reserves the right to charge a private home visit fee for any After Hours care and this will be advised at time of request. Home visits are at the discretion of the patient’s treating doctor.

MyMedicare: Medeco is participating in MyMedicare – a new Commonwealth program that strengthens the relationship between you as a patient and your doctor and your care team. Eligibility for this program is that you must have had two face to face consultations in the past 12 months at the practice.
